We ship orders from Japan via DHL, EMS, OCS, or other appropriate international shipping services, depending on the destination and shipping conditions.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Even if a specific delivery date or time is requested, delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance, import inspections, natural disasters, severe weather, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Depending on product availability, we may not be able to ship an order within the estimated period shown on the website. Orders will be shipped as products become available.

For pre-ordered products, the shipping period displayed on the website is an estimated guideline only and may change depending on the actual arrival of materials or products.

We make every effort to package each order carefully and deliver the products in the best possible condition.

Shipping Restrictions and Exceptional Circumstances

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Preferential tariff treatment may be available for eligible products under applicable trade agreements, subject to the relevant rules of origin and customs requirements.

Customs duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and may vary depending on the product, destination, and applicable laws and regulations.

Japanese Consumption Tax

For overseas orders, Japanese consumption tax is not deducted from the listed product price.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer upon delivery.

Exchange Shipping

Shipping costs for exchanges are handled in accordance with our Exchange & Return Policy.

For exchanges due to customer preference, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an exchange is required due to an error on our part, Double Helix will cover the applicable shipping costs.
